growie
An AI employee for local business

You run the business.
Growie runs the digital side.

It answers enquiries in chat, takes the booking and follows up after you close. You approve what counts.

What Growie handles
  • Enquiries and bookings — Growie answers WhatsApp and your website chat, holds the slot and sends the reminder. It works in chat, never on the phone.
  • Customers — it remembers who came, what they had and when they usually come back, then writes the follow-up in your voice.
  • Your website, your reviews and getting found on Google, where you have connected them.
  • What it will not do: nothing goes to a customer until you approve it, it never invents a fact about your business, and it never holds your money.

Per location · GST included · About ₹333 a day.

What's in the price
  • ₹9,999 a month for one location, GST included.
  • About ₹333 a day.
  • Cancel any time — you keep everything Growie built.
Watch it work on your own business first — free.
  • No card to look
  • Nothing to install
  • See it before you hire
Sample data · an example business, not a customer

Sample illustration: after 9pm while the business is closed, a customer messages on WhatsApp asking for a Tuesday slot; Growie replies from the owner's own confirmed price list and books 11:00. Text messaging only — Growie works in chat, never on the phone.

Growie

Sample data · not a real customer

Priya normally books another appointment every 32 days. It has been 47.

What Growie will not do on its own

Money and a reply to a public review are locked to your approval every time — neither of us can switch that off. Offers and follow-ups are drafted and wait for you too. And Growie only answers from the facts you confirmed: when it doesn't know something, it says so and asks you.

Growie works in text — WhatsApp and website chat, where you connect them.

The arithmetic

Does the money work?

Three ways to check, with your numbers rather than ours.

What you pay for this each month (INR)
Estimate · change every line
Where these figures come from

The figures we have filled in are our own estimate for a skin clinic in Mumbai: front-desk cover between ₹18,000 and ₹25,000 a month for someone who goes home at seven, plus about ₹15,000 for an agency and listings. That is an estimate of the job, not a measurement of your business — we have never seen your books. Change every line to what you actually pay.

What Growie does on each line
  • Front desk and enquiry handling. Answers new enquiries on the channels you have connected, using only the facts you confirmed. What it does not know, it asks you rather than inventing.
  • Customer follow-up. Spots who is overdue, writes the note in your voice, and waits for your yes before anything goes out.
  • Website and agency. Builds and edits your site from what you ask in plain words, stages the change for you to read, and keeps the edit history so you can put it back.
  • Social posts and content. Drafts posts and articles about your own services and prices, for you to approve.
  • Getting found: SEO and listings. Checks how you show up in local search, then tells you what is missing and what to fix first.
  • Review management. Asks for a review after a visit and drafts your reply to the ones that come in on your connected Google profile. A public reply waits for you to read it first.
  • Booking and customer software. The customer record, the diary and the reminders are part of Growie — not another subscription beside it.

Growie
₹9,999/monthGST included · per location

About ₹333 a day. One price a month — it does not rise as your customer list does.

Growie does not replace every human role. It handles the repetitive digital work around your customers and growth.

How this total works, and why we print no saving
  • Your seven lines, added up. Nothing else goes into the total.
  • A line you leave blank counts as nothing, not as a typical figure for a business like yours.
  • Nothing you type here leaves this page.

Some of those lines are a bill you could stop; one of them is probably a person you would never let go, and we would not tell you otherwise. Both totals are on the same screen — the subtraction is yours to make.

Free, and it reads your own listing — not an example.

How we made this day
Bloom & Co. is a skin clinic in Bandra, Mumbai, invented to show the work. Not a customer, not real people. Every figure here is sample data, and the clock is one example day — not an average or a measured time.
Where Growie works
Growie works on the channels you connect: WhatsApp and your website chat today. Text only — no phone line, no front desk. Six things on one day, not everything that could happen.

This is what hiring Growie should feel like.

Five of those moments waited for your ok.

What Growie will not do on its own

What value did it create?

You marked these received. Only money recorded in Growie is counted — the true figure may be higher.

  • 4 payments with no chainRevenue₹12,000LOGGEDUnknown

Shown here, never spread across your channels. Attribution needs a chain — an enquiry or a booking leading to a payment — and Growie will not guess.

  • Assisted — never counted as oursNo figureAssisted

Growie touched bookings it did not create. There is no honest way today to prove it caused them, so it mints no figure at all rather than a flattering one.

  • Estimated value of enquiriesInbox₹1,41,000ESTUnknown

47 enquiries at the average ticket you set yourself — a count, not a guarantee. The softest number here, and it is shown as one.

Your plan: ₹9,999/month · GST included — the only real number here.

How these numbers are counted

Money carries two labels: how sure Growie is, and where it came from — written on the line itself, not in a footnote. A figure without them is just a nicer way of guessing.

LOGGED
Money you marked as received. Real, and your word — not a settlement.
ACTUAL
Money the payment rail itself verified. Growie keeps the word for that case only, so on today's rail your receipt reads LOGGED.
EST
A count multiplied by the average ticket you set yourself. An estimate, never presented as revenue.
Direct
Traced through the booking the payment belongs to. A real chain, end to end.
Assisted
Shown, never counted as ours — Growie does not mint a figure it cannot prove it caused.
Unknown
No chain behind it. Said out loud and left where it is, never spread across your channels.
Not measured
Growie could not see the answer. A zero would claim the thing did not happen; those are different sentences.
Counted once
Money on an outcome line is part of the collected total, not added on top of it.
Evidence
In the product each line opens the records it was counted from, and a line Growie holds no records for opens nothing rather than offering you a door to nothing. On this page it opens the reasoning, because the month is an example.

Enquiries
Growie watches new enquiries on the channels you have connected — WhatsApp and your website chat — and answers from the facts you confirmed. What it does not know, it asks you rather than inventing.
Customer memory
Their visits, their messages, their appointments and what they asked about last time — in one record, not four places.
Follow-up
Growie spots who is overdue and writes the message in your voice. Approve twenty in a row without changing a word and it offers to start sending them itself.
Website edits
You ask in plain words. Growie stages the change for you to read, publishes it when you say so, and keeps the old version so you can go back.
Reviews
Growie asks for a review after a visit, and drafts your reply to the ones on your connected Google profile. A public reply is locked to you — Growie may never post one on its own.
Content
Growie writes the page or the article about your own services, shows you the draft, and publishes after you approve.
Local visibility
Growie checks how you show up for searches like “bridal facial Bandra”, then tells you what is missing and what to fix first.
Business context
Your services, prices, hours and the answers you confirmed, held in one place. It stays when people move on.
After hours
Growie answers on WhatsApp and your website chat while you are closed, where those are connected. Where something is not connected, it says so plainly rather than going quiet.
Reporting
A running record of what Growie did and what followed it — a reply, a appointment, a payment — and a receipt at the end of the month that counts only what it can show you.
Example

bridal facial Bandra” is the kind of search Growie checks for a business in Mumbai — not a ranking we have measured for you. “Connected” is doing real work in every row above: Growie works on the channels and accounts you have linked, and tells you plainly when something is not linked yet.

Does this replace anyone?

Growie gives your existing team room.

Nobody is replaced by this. The repetitive digital work moves to Growie — the same five questions, the follow-up nobody got to, the page that never got written — so your people can stay with the customer in front of them. And the judgement stays yours where it counts: money and a reply to a public review are locked to you — Growie is not allowed to run either on its own, and that is not a switch anyone here can flip. Answering a message it does, because that is the job you hired it for. Nearly everything else it drafts, and you say go.

  • A log of what Growie did, where each entry opens the thing it touched
  • A monthly Value Receipt: what Growie handled, and what it can be traced to
  • Nothing counted twice, and nothing counted that cannot be traced

You are never charged for something that is not live. Growie works in text: WhatsApp and your website chat. Not voice, and no SMS to your customers.

We don't want you rationing Growie.

  • No AI credits
  • No token meters
  • No per-response billing
  • No per-user seats
Why we price it this way

Use it for more customers, more conversations, more follow-ups, more questions, more of your website. A price that charges you again each time you use the thing you hired is the wrong price, and it teaches you to use it less — which is the opposite of what you bought.

There is a practical reason too. The more Growie knows about your business, the better its next answer is — a fact you confirm and a correction you make are written down and used again. A rationed Growie is a Growie that learns your business slowly.

₹9,999 is expensive for software. That is the point. Growie isn't software.

If Growie can't create or protect meaningfully more value than it costs, it shouldn't be a good buy for that business.
How to judge that for your business

Growie isn't priced like a chatbot, a CRM or a website builder, because it isn't one. Those are tools you log into and operate.

We would rather you worked that out before you hire than after. So look at what Growie finds on your own business first, decide what one more customer a month is worth to you, and judge it on that. If the maths doesn't work, don't hire it.

Fit, both ways

Growie is not right for every business.

Tick what is true — we would rather you walked away than hired an AI employee with nothing to do.

Likely a strong fit if…

  • True of my business:
    Following up matters to you.
Someone should be going back to the people who enquired last week and never booked. If nobody is doing that in your business today, that is work Growie can take on.
  • True of my business:
    Repeat business is worth having.
Customers who came once should come again. Growie watches who has gone quiet and drafts a note for each of them — you decide what goes out.
  • True of my business:
One enquiry is worth real money.
An enquiry that sits unanswered until tomorrow is not an admin slip — it is a sale you may already have lost to whoever replied first.
  • True of my business:
    Empty capacity costs you money.
A quiet Tuesday is not free. You have already paid for the chair, the room and the staff.
  • True of my business:
Your reputation decides who picks you.
Reviews and what Google shows about you are part of the sale. Growie asks for reviews after a visit and shows you where you stand.
  • True of my business:
Your website should be winning you work.
If it is old, thin or missing, Growie builds one from the facts you confirmed, and keeps adding pages and posts to it. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
  • True of my business:
bridal facial Bandra” should end at you.
Growie works on being the answer they find — on Google, and in the AI assistants people now ask.
  • True of my business:
₹9,999 a month of new or protected business would be meaningful. Example · not a projection
An example threshold, not a projection — it is your subscription used as a yardstick. The honest test is not whether Growie is clever; it is whether a month of its work is plausibly worth what it costs, and believable. If it is not, do not hire it.

Maybe not right yet if…

  • This describes my business:
    Almost nothing reaches you digitally.
If your work arrives by word of mouth and people walking in, there is very little for Growie to answer or follow up on.
  • This describes my business:
Customers come once, and that is fine.
One-off, low-value jobs do not repay follow-up — and follow-up is most of what Growie does.
  • This describes my business:
No WhatsApp, website or Google listing.
Those are the places Growie works. Without at least one of them it would have nowhere to do the job.
  • This describes my business:
You would rather not connect your data.
Growie answers from facts you confirm — your services, prices, hours and people. Without them it will not make an answer up; it will say it does not know.
  • This describes my business:
You want a promised revenue number.
We will not give you one, and nobody honest can. Growie shows you what it did and what followed, with every figure labelled for where it came from — you judge it from there.

We keep the note and nothing else — no sequence, no chasing.

Nothing ticked yet.

Answers stay in this browser.

How this works
  • Nothing here is scored or measured. Growie counts the lines you ticked and reads the count back to you — your ticks are not sent to us, not stored and not attached to your visit.
  • You are not meant to tick them all. Four or more on the left, with at most one on the right, is what we are calling a fit — that is our rule, not a measurement of your business.
  • The right-hand lines are not objections for us to argue with. If a couple of them describe you, keep your money.
  • Tick two or more on the right and the Hire button is taken away. That is this section doing its job, not a trick: at charge-at-hire, a business we should not have sold to is a refund and a bad word in a small market, so we would rather lose you here.
The awkward ones

The questions owners actually ask.

Including the ones with an awkward answer. Where something is half-built or waiting on someone else, you should read it here — not find out in month two.

Will Growie replace my staff?

No, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you something else. Growie takes the repetitive digital work off your team:

  • Answering the same questions on WhatsApp and your website.
  • Going back to the person who enquired last week and never booked.
  • Keeping the customer notes tidy.
  • Drafting the review reply.
  • Writing the page nobody had time to write.

The work that needs a person stays with your people — the treatment, the chair, the judgement, the relationship. What we are trying to hand back is the hour after closing, not a salary line.

What if I already have a website?

Then you have four options, and you pick. Growie reads your current site first, so you are choosing with it in front of you rather than guessing. Whichever way you go, the address your customers already know and the words you have written stay yours.

  • Keep itGrowie's front desk embeds on the site you already have, so questions get answered there and the enquiries land in one place with everything else.
  • WordPressconnect it with our Growie Connect plugin, which you download from us. It is not in the WordPress plugin directory yet, so this one is a file you install rather than a search inside WordPress.
  • RedesignGrowie reads your current site and rebuilds it with your own words and images, and you see the result before anything changes. You can keep yours.
  • Move graduallykeep your domain and point it at the Growie site when you are ready. We do that move with you and confirm each step before it happens.
See what Growie makes of your site now

What if I already use WhatsApp?

Good — that is the number your customers already have. Growie answers WhatsApp and your website chat. Connecting your own number is a step we do with you during setup rather than a one-tap switch, because Meta clears each business before a number can answer through it — we take you through exactly what changes, and nothing is switched on until you have seen it. When you would rather answer someone yourself, take that conversation over in your console: Growie stands back on that thread from the moment you do, and what you write goes out from the same number.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. You type your business name, tap that is me, and prove you own the listing. That is the technical part. After that Growie asks plain questions — is Sunday 10 to 6 still right, do you still offer this treatment — and you tap yes or no. Everything it writes comes back to one place for you to read, change or send. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run Growie.

Will my customers know they are talking to a machine?

Growie writes the way you write — short, warm, your greeting, your shorthand — and it answers the question instead of sending them a form. It also does not pretend to be a person: its opening line says it is the AI assistant for your business, asked straight out it says so again, and it offers to fetch you at any point. And it only says what you confirmed. It will not invent a price, a treatment or a time; where it has no answer it says so and brings the question to you. We would rather it were honest about what it is and right about your prices than passable as a person.

What if Growie sends the wrong message?

Growie's autonomy is set job by job, and you can read every one of them in Settings. Most of them are fixed rather than yours to move — deliberately, and in your favour. It answers questions on its own, because that is the job you hired it for. Win-back notes and offers are drafted and wait for you. A reply to a public review waits for you. Anything to do with money waits for you. Posts are the setting you move yourself, and even there nothing publishes until you say so.

  • Money and public replies are not switches you can flip the other way. A refund, a discount or an answer to an unhappy review waits for you, and asking for it to run on its own is refused.
  • That refusal lives in the server, not in the settings screen — the request comes back declined with the reason attached, so it holds even if the switch is tampered with.
  • Whatever is waiting sits in one queue with the customer's message beside it, so you are reading a reply in its context rather than on its own.
  • And it answers from facts you confirmed. Where it has none, it says so and asks you, rather than filling the gap with something plausible.

What does the price include?

₹9,999/month · GST included, per location. One price, no tiers, no per-seat maths, and your tax invoice in your business's name. We do not want you rationing it, so here is the whole job:

  • Customersone book of who they are, what they had, when they were last in and what they are due for, with consent recorded against each of them.
  • Front deskthe assistant on your website and on WhatsApp, the enquiries it captures, bookings and your diary.
  • Growthwin-backs for customers who have gone quiet, offers for the slots nobody has taken, review requests and drafted replies, posts and pages.
  • Websitea Growie-built site you edit by asking for a change, plus the content and local pages that make you findable.
  • Intelligencea short daily briefing, the opportunities it found, what it did while you were busy, and a monthly Value Receipt that shows its working instead of a number it cannot back up.
See the whole offer, and why it costs what it costs

Why not just use ChatGPT?

Use both — they are not the same tool. ChatGPT is very good, and it answers when you ask it something: it does not know your prices, your customers or your diary unless you paste them in, and unless you wire it into something yourself it has no way to act in your business afterwards. Growie is connected to the business. It holds the facts you confirmed, remembers a customer between visits, watches the enquiries on the channels you connected it to, acts inside limits you can read — and stops at money and at a public reply, because those two are not its to decide. Then it tells you what it did and what came of it. One is a brilliant assistant you open. The other is an employee with a job.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Plan & billing in your console. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep the service until then and you are not debited again. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term. You keep everything Growie built — your site, your content, your customer book, your enquiries as a CSV file. A payment already made for the current period is not refunded, except where the law requires it. There is no pause button in the console yet, so if you would rather pause than leave, email [email protected] and we do it for you.

Read the cancellation policy

Is my customer data mine?

Yes. Your customer book, your enquiries and your content belong to your business. Export them as a CSV file whenever you want, and if you leave we hand over your site and its content on request. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Deleting is the one place we are behind: there is no delete button in the console yet, so you email [email protected] from your account address and we complete it within 45 days. Your account and your customer book live on servers in Mumbai — the exceptions are that drafting a reply sends that one message to our AI provider in the United States, and the checks that ask how AI assistants describe your business go outside India too. The privacy policy sets out both in full.
